Use a flexible measuring tape and measure the dog's girth. The girth is the measurement around the dog's chest and is where the vest will be connected. If your dog's girth measurement falls between the sizes listed here, we recommend that you select the smaller of the two sizes for the better fit.

COVERED: Replacement of defective parts and labor, and product return to consumer. Warranty is limited to return or cost of replacement.
NOT COVERED: Warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by abuse or failure to perform normal maintenance.
This specifically excludes consequential damages, incidental damages or incidental expenses, including damage to property. some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

When the CALMZ® Anxiety Relief System is properly introduced to a dog (as outlined on page 4 of instructions guide) the results have been very good in reducing anxiety symptoms without undesired negative reactions. If you have followed these instructions and are not satisfied with the results, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price. The product must be working properly and returned in its original package with the purchase receipt. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 30-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed within 30 days of purchase.
If you purchased the CALMZ® Anxiety Relief System from a veterinarian, please return the product to the veterinary clinic, not Animal Health Technologies, for a refund. Refunds through veterinary clinics will be processed through their veterinary distributor.
If you purchased your CALMZ® directly from Calmz.com: To ensure we are able to process your return efficiently, please go to calmz.com to process a return shipping label. Return Process: Once we review your order history and confirm that you are still within your 30 days, we will email you a return label that you can use to return and track your package. When we receive your package, a credit for the original purchase price of the product, less $9.95 for return shipping, will be issued to your credit card within a week. In the event that we cannot process a credit, a check will be mailed to you. If your return is due to product defect or shipping error Animal Health Technologies will provide you a return label at no cost.
Orders ship within one business day if order is placed before noon Central time. If order is placed after noon Central time the order typically ships within two business days.
